Pricing Support/pulliGenerate bids using material cost sheets, scopes of work, and market strategies./liliCreate custom quotes for models, residential construction, non-standard options, and special projects./liliPerform cost and margin analysis for product categories./liliCompile standard and optional upgrade collateral per builder specifications./li/ulpProgram
Product Management/pulliMaintain client programs for Flooring, Countertops, Window Coverings, and Wall Tile./liliDevelop and maintain wall tile designs in accordance with client requirements./liliMaintain Client SharePoint portals and product inventory for assigned accounts./liliConfigure proprietary design tools to quote customers in the design center./li/ulpSystems
Documentation/pulliCreate community kickoff documentation, ZBIDs, and floor plans in SAP./liliCreate and maintain all related support documents for assigned product categories./liliBuild and maintain digital forms for Design Studio Associates and clients./liliUtilize analytical, word processing, architectural, PDF, and publishing software for daily operations./li/ulpCollaboration
Customer Support/pulliBuild strong working relationships with Account Managers and client contacts./liliWork collaboratively in a team environment, assisting peers during peak workload periods./liliParticipate in customer-facing interactions as required./li/ulpTraining
Subject Matter Expertise/pulliAssist with the training and onboarding of new team members./liliServe as a subject matter expert (SME) in Sales Support processes and systems./liliDevelop and deliver training programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing staff./liliMentor team members, supporting skill development and process consistency./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Education
Experience/h3pRequired/pulliHigh school diploma or GED required./liliMinimum 13 years of applicable job experience preferred./li/ulpPreferred/pulliAssociates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field./liliResidential construction industry experience preferred./liliExperience with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) for material resource planning and production control./li/ulh3Skills
