The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, creating relationships with new customers, and promoting a wide range of rental equipment and solutions to the construction and industrial sectors. Seeking candidates with a minimum one year of experience working in a sales or sales support role; Previous experience in a sales environment, preferred; College degree in a related field, preferred./ppRequirements for the Outside Sales Associate position include:/pulliStrong understanding of construction project lifestyles and equipment applications./liliExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills./liliMust be self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed goals./liliMust be able to manage time effectively and work independently in the field./liliMust have an excellent driving record./liliMust be able to function well in a fast-paced environment./liliProficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite./liliPromote a positive customer experience./liliUphold the Core Values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence and Teamwork by embracing The Carter Way./li/ulpPhysical requirements must be met for the Outside Sales Associate job, including regularly being required to sit and talk or hear. $78,000 per year/ppActual base salary may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations.
