Identifies new business opportunities with account and actively closes on leads, quotes, etc. Maintains minimum expected call and meeting frequencies and keeps information on file./pulliDrives revenue growth in territory by developing and maintaining strategic long-term trusting relationships to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives/liliBuild strong customer allegiance and partnership and create the overall strategys day tactics for account growth and margin improvement/liliNegotiating price agreements with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each clients long-term goals/liliCoordination of all sales and marketing activities associated within these accounts to ensure profitable growth/liliConduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders within target accounts/liliEvaluate and lead all new business development opportunities/liliCoordinate contract renewal price strategies and commercial initiatives with pricing, finance and appropriate senior executives to drive growth targets/liliMeasure, track, analyze and report key account metrics/liliPlanning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training/liliEnsure that databases are current and updated with accurate customer information/liliPerforms other duties as assigned/li/ululliBachelors Degree in a science related field from an accredited higher learning institution strongly preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience./li/ululli3+ years of related sales or technical product experience in related product categories strongly preferred./li/ululliProficiency in Excel and MS office applications is required and strong database experience is desirable./liliInterpersonal skills to build relationships with and to conduct professional and courteous phone conversation with internal and external customers./liliMust be results oriented and self-motivated; strives to achieve targets and goals; is assertive and proactive./liliExcellent technical and analytical skills as well as the ability to learn, to gain sufficient knowledge of product lines to participate in promotions and probe effectively and to analyze data and compile reports as needed. Must be able to assimilate data and draw conclusions./liliMust possess a customer focused mentality to meet and exceed our customer expectations./liliAbility to manage and execute multiple projects concurrently to successful completion, meet deadlines, and follow-up in a timely manner through excellent organizational, planning, prioritization and multi-tasking skills./liliAbility to work independently and be able to work in a team atmosphere./liliStrong selling and negotiation skills and be confident and poised to independently negotiate and manage a relationship with various customers as well as execute key sales strategies./liliThrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressures, within deadlines or other time essential constraints./liliExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization./liliStrong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization./liliAbility to travel for customer meetings, training
