Remote – New York, Michigan, or Texas Shift
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm KeyQualifications
High School Diploma required 5 (five) years of experience in customs brokerage operations or regulatory. Customer Service experience in an office environment. CCS designation or LCB is an asset. Proficiency in MS Office, database and data entry skills are required. Strong communication skills – verbal and written is required. Desire to learn, grow and adapt to change. Problem solving, accuracy, and attention to detail is required. Positive, solution focused, team first attitude. Descriptionof Role
The Quality Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that our operations teams meet both regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. Their work is crucial for minimizing errors, ensuring smooth operations, and preventing costly penalties. Quality Control: Auditing entries to ensure compliance Completing tariff verification, applications of Free Trade Agreements, and deductions Duty and Tax applicability, Section 232 & Section 301 Anti-dumping and countervailing duties (AD/CVD) and other at-risk categories Successfully developing processes and procedures Management of special projects as assigned. Training Support: New hire operational training (Import Analyst), Willson standard operating procedures, and learning systems Continuing education, skill development sessions, remedial training Coaching staff, development of Training Materials and identifying repetitive errors All other duties assigned Why you’lllove it at Willson
