Provide technical leadership in power system studies, including load flow and short circuit analysis Manage tasks and resources for power-system analysis and report creation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project deliverables Mentor and coach less-experienced staff to support their growth and development Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to align technical approaches with client goals Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in power system studies and project management Professional Engineer (PE) license Proficiency in ETAP, SKM Power Tools, PSCAD, and basic Microsoft Office software Valid driver\'s license and acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications
15+ years of experience in consulting engineering, electric utility, or industrial settings Familiarity with substation design, renewable energy projects, and SCADA design or programming Experience with NERC standards and requirements Knowledge of additional software tools such as ASPEN OneLiner and MathCAD Ability to perform lightning or switching overvoltage studies using PSCAD #EngineeringConsulting #ElectricalEngineering #RemoteWork #CareerDevelopment #ProfessionalGrowth We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
