The Implementation Consultant is responsible for current workflow analysis and development, documenting, planning and implementation of future state workflow and customer training.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct Current State Workflow Analysis; design Future State Workflow (including System Workflow and Department Process Workflow)
Determine application optimization within the department and provide the customer with Best Practice methodologies
Analyze unique configurations of customer sites and customize processes and training; accordingly, develop training plans and documentation
Coordinate and provide Superuser application training; ensure that all Super Users can train customer End Users and understand any unique customer site requirements
Provide Application Training and support to other staff from other groups as required; identify, file and follow-up Product Features and issue requests during implementation

Required Qualifications
Must be at least one of the following to qualify:
Registered Sonographer: Echo and/or Vascular (RDCS/RCS/RVT/RVS)
Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT/NMT)
Radiologic Technologist R.T.(R)(ARRT)
Registered Vascular Sonographer or Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist, in a hospital or clinic setting
4+ years of recent experience in one or more of the four disciplines (i.e., Registered Echo Sonographer,
Intermediate or higher level of proficiency using PowerPoint (specifically creating and presenting for the purposes of Training to a wide variety of audiences)
Proven solid understanding of clinical environment and health care operations
Proven solid presentation and training abilities to a wide variety of audiences
Willing/able to travel approximately 75% of the time and as business needs dictate (travel includes customer sites throughout North America with overnight hotel stays)
Ability to qualify for a company credit card for travel purposes
Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Security Plus Certification
Demonstrated familiarity with document/registry standards and credentialing such as JCAHO, ICAEL, ICAVL, and ICANL registries
Knowledge of medical communication protocols a plus (i.e., DICOM / HL7/XML)
Experience with Medical Imaging, Knowledge of SQL Databases, informatics and/or Enterprise-class Information Systems
Cath lab/EP lab experience
Eligibility for Department of Defense clearance access

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Independent, self‑starter, self‑directed
Solid customer service skills
Demonstrates confidence in the ability to articulate recommendations to the customer

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far‑reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
