Responsibilities The Application Analyst I is a junior builder dedicated to supporting Mayo Clinic's citizen developer program. This role coaches citizen developers using UiPath StudioX, answers day‑to‑day build questions, reviews citizen‑built automations against program standards, and contributes hands‑on automation builds when needed. It is an excellent on‑ramp for a developer who wants to grow in UiPath and AI enablement while actively coaching others.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach citizen developers on UiPath StudioX best practices, standards, and build patterns.
Review citizen‑built automations for quality, safety, security, and alignment to program standards.
Build hands‑on automations where citizen‑developer capacity or complexity requires professional support.
Support citizen developer onboarding, office hours, and community of practice events.
Maintain and improve citizen developer templates, reusable components, and documentation.
Triage questions and incidents related to citizen‑developed automations; escalate appropriately.
Contribute to AI Enablement activities by supporting early AI/LLM experimentation by citizen developers.
Grow technical skills toward more complex UiPath Studio and AI‑enabled work.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree
OR
Associate's Degree with 2 years' experience in business analysis.
Epic/Vendor Certification Required.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of hands‑on UiPath experience (StudioX or Studio), including at least one production or near‑production automation.
Strong interest in coaching, teaching, or enabling others.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with AI and LLM concepts.
UiPath Citizen Developer, RPA Associate, or equivalent certification.
Experience supporting a citizen developer program or similar enablement initiative.
Exposure to UiPath Apps, Assistant, or Document Understanding.
Healthcare or Finance domain exposure.
This position is a 100% remote work. Individual may live anywhere in the US.
