Lead USACE and National Guard projects through all phases Manage scope, staffing, schedules, budgets, consultants, and QA/QC Serve as primary liaison with clients, agencies, and project teams Oversee design reviews, construction administration, and closeout Mentor junior staff and support team development Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and federal submissions Qualifications
Registered Architect with 10+ years of PM experience Strong background managing completed USACE or defense projects Experience with UFC standards and federal project delivery Advanced Revit and construction documentation expertise Ability to thrive in a highly organized remote work environment Preferred Experience
NAVFAC and design-build experience PMP certification Existing security clearance or clearance-sensitive project work experience
