Works with field staff and Manager, Clinical Services (MCS) to appropriately schedule clinicians for cases in assigned areas of responsibility and communicates changes in schedule or service delivery.
Demonstrates efficiency and productivity by organizing job duties and responsibilities.
Maintains current staff and patient schedules in collaboration with field staff and MCS.
Submits required reports to appropriate employees within established time frames.
Responsible for all assigned workflow for designated locations, with assignments based on the needs of the organization.
Works virtually and independently with limited direct supervision using organizational guidelines, policies and procedures, and good judgment.

Qualifications
Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, ND, NE, NJ, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI.
High School diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of customer service experience with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology, home health and/or hospice regulatory requirements, and HIPAA compliance standards preferred.
Experience with EMR and scheduling systems (or document tracking systems) preferred; Homecare Homebase strongly desired.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with organizational skills to prioritize workload based on patient needs and manage high volumes of scheduling activity.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with clinicians, patients, caregivers, physicians, and external offices.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay Range: $18.51 - $26.15 /hour
