Overview Our client is looking for a Systems Administrator IV – Informatica SME for a remote position. They are the nation's central bank, and you’ll play a key role, collaborating with leading tech professionals to strengthen and protect our economic, financial and payments systems. They invest in contemporary and emerging technology each year to support the client and our economy and are building a dynamic team for the future.
We are seeking a Systems Administrator IV – Informatica SME to support a large enterprise banking environment. This role is part of a dedicated IT group based in Richmond, VA, supporting multiple business-critical applications.
Responsibilities
Administer and support Informatica PowerCenter and Data Quality environments
Provide on‑call support and workload management
Assist with Informatica platform upgrades and cloud migration initiatives
Support incident management, change management, and ITIL processes
Maintain documentation and operational procedures
Collaborate with teams on systems integration, automation, and file transfer tools
Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to stakeholders
Qualifications
Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident and change management
Experience with systems integration, automation, and file transfer tools
Strong communication and documentation skills
Leadership or knowledge‑sharing experience preferred
