Job Summary We’relooking for a motivated and relationship-focused AccountManager to joi nour remote team. In this role, you’ll maintain and growclient relationships by providing exceptional service andcoverage recommendations. This is a 100% commission-basedopportunity, ideal for someone who is service-minded,goal-oriented, and ready to take ownership of theirsuccess.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurturerelationships with new and existing clients
Conductpolicy reviews to ensure clients’ coverage stays alignedwith their needs
Educate clients on insurance optionsand guide them through the decision-making process
Identify opportunities for upselling or additionalcoverage
Address client concerns and resolve issuesin a timely, professional manner
Maintain accuraterecords of communication and client information in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless clientexperience
