We are looking for a Therapist to join our team! Winners Circle Group of Texas provides targeted case management and mental health rehabilitation services to adults and children within several locations across Texas.
Responsibilities
Deliver virtual therapy to children, adolescents and young adults
Maintain a full caseload
Develop an individual service plan tailored to meet the client’s individual service needs
Assess, diagnose and treat children, adolescents and young adults with behavioral and emotional disturbances using the DSM-5/ICD-10 criteria
Coordinate with treatment team members and the family in the provision of services to meet the goals developed in the individual service plan
Provide appropriate documentation for service delivery including treatment goals, progress notes and billing and submit documentation as specified by organizational policies
Conduct clinical assessments to determine diagnostic eligibility and treatment needs within the priority population as needed (if caseload is not at capacity)
Monitor client progress, assessing intervention effectiveness for those with severe and persistent mental illness
Ensure compliance with agency policies, regulatory guidelines, and complete reporting/training accurately and timely
Participate in monthly clinical meetings
Meet with the Clinical Director to review cases, share updates, and collaboratively address any challenges or concerns
Conduct quarterly trainings as needed for nonclinical staff
Assist with development of mental health/community resource directory for each site
Requirements, Preferences and Qualifications
Must maintain CANS and ANSA certifications
Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA): Must hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of Texas
Master’s Degrees in social work, counseling, psychology
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
Experience in play therapy and knowledge of trauma informed practices
Experience working with children, adolescents and young adults
