Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Home-Based Reservations Consultant to provide high-quality support to clients planning their travel. In this fully remote role, you will assist with researching travel options, securing reservations, and ensuring every booking is accurate and seamlessly managed. This opportunity is well-suited for someone who is self‑motivated, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service from a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel arrangements and itinerary coordination
Research, compare, and secure reservations using approved booking systems
Provide clear, accurate information and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Communicate professionally through phone, email, and digital messaging platforms
Manage reservation changes, updates, and service inquiries promptly
Maintain thorough and organized client documentation to ensure booking accuracy
Participate in ongoing training programs, virtual meetings, and professional development activities
