Talent Identification
Engage with experienced professionals and leadership candidates through digital outreach strategies. Consultative Conversations
Conduct structured professional discovery conversations to evaluate alignment and professional readiness (training and systems provided). Onboarding & Mentorship
Support new associates through the onboarding process, offering ongoing strategic support with access to structured leadership training and mentorship. Global Professional Collaboration
Participate and contribute in live weekly leadership strategy sessions with an international network of experienced professionals. Ideal Professional Profile
Experience:
7 years of senior-level professional experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, leadership development, or people-focused roles. Accountability:
A strong history of leadership and strategic responsibility with the ability to manage your own performance. Communication:
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for senior-level professional conversations. Mindset:
A self-motivated “Big Thinker”
