Contract Technical Recruiter Employer.com is part of a family of incredible brands alongside Flawless Recruit and Recruiter.com. Together we provide talent acquisition services to fit the unique hiring challenges of our clients. Whether they need help building recruiting processes, attracting top talent, or payrolling contractors, we can help. We have a large tech client who is in need of two technical recruiters. The role is fully remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full‑time.
Qualifications
3+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for Product‑UI/UX and/or software engineers
Experience working for a well‑known start‑up or public tech company
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
