Join a supportive and collaborative team environment (including a sales support team) with excellent growth opportunities, generous benefits, competitive pay, and commission./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliProspect and identify new business opportunities in target industries/liliLeverage existing relationships with business owners and C-level executives in the greater Houston area/liliArticulate Indigo Beams service offerings, qualify opportunities, and conduct professional sales presentations/liliAttend networking events, build brand recognition, and contribute to building the sales pipeline/liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and develop/write detailed proposals for potential clients in collaboration with our sales support team/liliSupport senior sales leaders with pipeline management and account planning/liliStay updated with industry trends, collaborate with internal teams, and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales targets/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliExperience working with the State of Texas and DIR (strongly preferred)/liliProven experience engaging business owners and key decision makers/liliStrong sales acumen, formal sales training, and a track record of achieving sales goals/liliAt least 3 years of previous experience in sales, account management, or business development (IT Consulting or Technology Services preferred)/liliWorking knowledge of software services and strong organizational skills/liliExcellent communication skills, collaboration, and self-motivation/liliFearless attitude with a mission-driven personality/li/ulpBenefits Type: Perm Employee Pay: Competitive compensation package with base salary and generous monthly commissions. Full benefits including 401k with company match, unlimited PTO, and paid holidays. Compensation: Up to $80,000/year plus commissions ($250,000 total compensation on target).
