In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, contributing to our companys growth and success./pulliProspect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques/liliConduct thorough research on potential clients and their industries to tailor our value proposition/liliSchedule and conduct introductory meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs and present our solutions/liliCollaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies/liliMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system/liliAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators/liliParticipate in industry events and trade shows to expand our network and generate new leads/liliStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product/service developments/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli1 - 3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients/liliProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace/liliExcellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate our value proposition/liliDemonstrated time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple prospects and priorities/liliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred/liliKnowledge of sales techniques and methodologies/liliUnderstanding of the B2B sales process and ability to adapt to various industries/liliSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently/liliResilience and persistence in the face of rejection and ability to learn from feedback/li/ulh3Additional Information/h3pWhy work for Canam?
