The Role We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and results‑driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Germany.
What You’ll Do
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Present and explain N6Tec products and services to potential clients
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and leadership teams to align sales strategies
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product updates
What Makes You Great for This Role Must‑Haves:
Self‑driven and goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for new and emerging life science technologies
Strong understanding of genomics, NGS, and library preparation workflows
Knowledgeable and networked in genomics markets with deep understanding of key accounts in the defined territory
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts and engage scientific audiences authentically
Life sciences background (degree in biology, molecular biology, genomics, or related field) and experience selling into research/clinical labs
HubSpot or other CRM proficiency with demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and use data to inform forecasts and strategy
Ability to travel >50% with a drive to meet face‑to‑face with prospects and customers
Desire and ability to make positive contributions to team chemistry and company culture
