Roles and Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and foster cooperation, coordination and communication across the organization
Define and document business requirements that support Engineering in system development and design.
Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, on-time delivery, and effective risk mitigation. This requires the ability to rapidly grasp technical concepts, shift between diverse topics, and adjust to evolving priorities.
Compile and communicate project status updates to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
Drive collaboration across teams, fostering an environment of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage critical administrative functions essential to the efficiency of the Engineering organization.
Required Skills & Desired Skills:
5+ years of experience successfully defining, managing, and leading projects and transformation initiatives.
Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of software engineering concepts, Agile methodologies, and DevOps frameworks—enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of operationalizing best practices and delivering measurable improvements.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Proficiency in project planning methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of strategic initiatives.
