As a Leasing Professional, you will provide first-class customer service to prospects and residents, ensuring that all resident requests are handled promptly and professionally. You will help create a professional and welcoming office environment./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliFocus on improving and maintaining the propertys curb appeal and cleanliness; contribute wherever possible./liliAssist Managers with implementing and maintaining a thorough annual marketing plan. Collaborate closely with Managers to fully utilize all potential marketing avenues and share new ideas./liliPerform and record daily follow-up with all prospects; identify and communicate ways to overcome obstacles and close deals./liliMaintain strong product knowledge of the property and competitors through consistent market research./liliWork with the Manager to establish, implement, and monitor leasing goals and renewal programs to meet required occupancy./liliAssist with cleaning the office, common areas, grounds, and apartments as needed to ensure a professional and inviting property, office, and model appearance./liliFill in for other positions when necessary and assist with after-hours emergencies./li/ulpCustomer experience and sales responsibilities include:/pulliEnsure the website, listing sites, social media, and marketing materials are always up to date, professional, and appealing. Monitor these platforms regularly and promptly communicate any concerns or opportunities for improvement to the Manager./liliAssist Managers in planning, advertising, and managing resident functions and events./liliCoordinate advertising events on campus and create partnerships with schools and student programs./liliActively network with student housing professionals in your market, monitor competitors, and build relationships with other industry professionals./liliHelp Managers maintain a positive reputation and strong relationships with the school and community./liliPromote harmonious relations among residents, parents, staff, and the surrounding community while enforcing company policies and standards./liliConduct outreach by spending necessary time on campus and at local businesses to foster cross-advertising and positive relationships./liliEnsure property management software is accurate and up to date at all times./liliPerform lease processing, administration, and other administrative duties as needed./li/ulpThe activities listed above may not be all inclusive./ppQualifications include two to three years in a sales or customer service role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization and analytical skills, intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software, exceptional customer service skills, ability to market and sell the community, and excellent time management and ability to prioritize work./ppWere looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and who sees every challenge as an opportunity to improve the resident experience.
