divh2CNA With Medication Aide License/h2pMust have a CNA License and a Medication Aide License for this position./ppArrive to shift on time (6:00 am to 8:00 pm) (WITH 1 Hour Lunch Break)/pulliNarcotic count must be done with morning nurse and in the evening with 2-10 nurses for accuracy and holes in MAR./liliMedication pass must be done, within the time schedule 1 hour before or 1 hour after/liliIf discrepancy found in the MAR notify Charge nurse IMMEDIATELY/liliWhen missing medications in the cart, 1st check medication room, if not found, must be reported to nurse and called to pharmacy./liliALL this must be documented in 24hr report./liliRe-order medications, check medication for expiration dates, if expired removed from med cart/liliand place in Discontinue box in medication room/liliRefresh Ice during your shift in the dietary department. (Water pitcher dated with current date)/liliOrganize medication storage room 3 x weeks. Assigned days will be posted./liliAssist with feeding during meal times (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)/liliBefore end of shift review ALL MARs for HOLES/liliAnd any other duties as assigned/li/ulp*Remember to prevent medication errors and drug diversions./ppFailure to follow duties will lead to a counseling and possible termination if further reoccurrences./p/div
