• Current nursing license
• Valid certifications as required
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or similar settings

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate patient care in a skilled nursing environment.
• Monitor and assess patient health and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
