CMA/Personal Care Assistant

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking certified medication aides and personal care assistants for our newly built senior care community, Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna.

Pay: Starting at $17.00+ per hour based on experience and certifications

Shift: Full-time & part-time 2:00-10:00pm

What are my responsibilities?

• Assist with activities of daily living as needed and as outlined in plan of care
• Complete monthly summaries and obtain vitals to include weights as scheduled or ordered by physician
• Collect, wash, and return laundry per schedule
• Documentation in EMR on residents by exception
• Spend 1:1 with the resident as needed and as time permits

Requirements for CMA/PCA at Hillcrest:

• Focus on resident care, team player.
• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
• No experience required! We will train you.
• Active 40 hr medication aide in Nebraska for CMA'S
