Shift Leader/ Team Leader

What You'll Do As a Shift/Team Leader, you will:

• Lead with enthusiasm and positivity through busy rushes
• Create warm, welcoming experiences for every guest
• Support, encourage, and coach team members
• Maintain operational excellence and uphold Chick-fil-A standards
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Oversee shift responsibilities including cash accountability & labor awareness
• Help open or close the restaurant as needed
• Serve with heart always putting people first

Requirements

• 6 months leadership experience in retail or hospitality
• 1 year customer service experience
• Flexible availability (day, evening & Saturday shifts)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead through busy moments with confidence and positivity

Prior shift lead, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred but not required.
