This is a 9-month contract role with likely extensions, that will be remote. W2 only, sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities:
Manage ticket creation, backlog grooming, and dependency coordination.
Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and client stakeholders.
Drive data-driven delivery and demo readiness.
Foster team collaboration and lead by influence.
Act as a bridge between business vision and technical execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in technical project management within Agile environments.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
Experience with mobile application development is a strong plus.
Prior experience in product development or innovative delivery environments.
