Job Classification:Sales - Sales**Regional Vice President, Prudential Private Placement Solutions**Prudential is seeking a highly motivated Individual Life Insurance sales professional with measurable success in the life insurance and annuity marketplace to become a part of Private Placement Distribution Channel. As a Regional Vice President, the selected candidate will be responsible for increasing the sales of Prudential’s Private Placement Life Insurance and Annuity products through Brokerage General Agencies, Institutional, and Independent Producer relationships on a national basis.**What you'll do:*** Accountable for meeting or exceeding sales results within assigned territory* Effectively partner with internal business units to develop and execute individual sales plans with selected distribution partners* Meet or exceed activity requirements deemed necessary to achieve sales goals as defined by sales management* Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Prudential's products, services and programs and effectively use knowledge to compete and win in the marketplace* Identify and recruit producers and financial advisors within assigned territory to meet or exceed sales plan* Provide initial and ongoing training to Brokerage General Agencies, Institutions, and Individual Producers within the territory on the use of Prudential’s products and services* Practice exemplary compliance, record keeping and expense management**What you'll need:*** 5+ years of life insurance and/or annuity sales experience preferred* Strong Private Placement product knowledge preferred* Local market knowledge & industry awareness* Knowledge of advanced sales concepts* Strong presentation and seminar selling skills* Ability to build and manage relationships effectively* Understanding of industry financial issues and key profitability measures* Demonstrates adaptability and resourcefulness* Life & Health/Series 6 & 63 licensed* Professional designations such as CFP, CLU, ChFC preferred* Position requires overnight travel – 50-75%# **What we offer you:**# * **Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.*** **Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and leave of absences, such as parental and military leave.*** 401(k) plan with company match (up to 4%).* Company-funded pension plan.* **Wellness Programs**including up to $1,600 a year for reimbursement of items purchased to support personal wellbeing needs.* **Work/Life Resources** to help support topics such as parenting, housing, senior care, finances, pets, legal matters, education, emotional and mental health, and career development.* **Education Benefit** to help finance traditional college enrollment toward obtaining an approved degree and many accredited certificate programs.* **Employee Stock Purchase Plan:** **Shares** can be purchased at 85% of the lower of two prices (Beginning or End of the purchase period), after one year of service.Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
