$100 to $120/hr Job Description: We are seeking a senior-level Technical Program Manager to lead and execute complex, cross-functional programs with high visibility and measurable business impact. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes full ownership of program delivery, and consistently drives execution with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing multiple interdependent initiatives, maintaining data accuracy and reporting rigor, and collaborating closely with engineering, product, operations, and external partners. Strong customer interaction and stakeholder management are essential, along with the ability to independently identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities
Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics Drive execution across multiple workstreams, proactively managing risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure on-time delivery Develop and maintain program dashboards and KPIs to track progress, resources, budgets, risks, and overall program health Ensure data integrity and compliance by validating inputs, troubleshooting discrepancies, and resolving data-related issues Independently manage follow-ups, action items, and dependencies across teams, holding stakeholders accountable for outcomes Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and consistently to senior stakeholders Partner closely with internal teams and external partners to align priorities, manage expectations, and deliver results Support customer-facing initiatives, including coordination, issue resolution, and execution of deliverables tied to client outcomes Qualifications
10–12+ years of experience leading complex technical or operational programs Proven ability to manage multiple, interdependent projects in parallel Strong execution focus with a track record of delivering results with minimal direction Experience using data, dashboards, and KPIs to guide decisions and report progress Hands-on experience working across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Operations, etc.) Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Ideal Candidate Profile
