Customer Service & Technical Support Representatives. This is a
fully remote role
supporting a 365-day, 24/7 call center. Recent Computer Science, IT, or related grads are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do:
Provide excellent customer service via phone and chat in Spanish and English
Greet customers, verify accounts, listen carefully, and show empathy
Troubleshoot internet, Wi‑Fi, and basic device issues (Level 1–2 support)
Use tools such as Freshdesk, Sonar CRM and other internal systems
Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures/SLAs
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed
What You Bring:
Fluent Spanish & English (spoken and written)
1+ year of customer service experience (call center/help desk preferred)
Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting (internet, Wi‑Fi, devices).
Strong typing and multitasking skills (navigate multiple systems while assisting customers)
Professional, patient, and calm with upset or frustrated customers
Willing to work overnights, weekends, and rotating schedules in a 24/7 environment
Must live in NY State or Florida (prefer close to Plainview, NY or Ocala, FL area)
Reliable wired internet and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace
Pay & Schedule:
Pay: $17-18 per hour, depending on experience
Overtime available
Paid training
Must work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with Thurs. and Fri off
Available shift: 2 pm – 11 pm
Two 15‑minute breaks and one 30‑minute meal break per shift (set by company schedule)
Flexibility to cover other shifts when needed
Position Options:
Position 1 –
Saturday through Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Position 2 – Anticipated Schedule (pending final client approval):
Friday through Sunday, plus 2 weekdays (Monday–Thursday)
Hours: either 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
