Perform hands‑on deployments across Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook) Configure Teams Phone and assist with meeting room device setup Support Intune device onboarding, compliance policies, app deployment Manage identity tasks in Entra ID (user provisioning, access policies) Contribute to Viva module deployment and configuration Execute light scripting (PowerShell) and build Power Platform flows when applicable Provide customer‑facing technical support and issue resolution Participate in documentation creation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness Required Skills
Strong M365 deployment experience with Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive Working knowledge of Teams Phone and meeting room setups Solid Intune endpoint management exposure Experience with identity configurations in Entra ID Ability to diagnose and resolve M365‑related issues Strong communication skills for customer interaction
