basis. This position would work out of a home office and cover the territory of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. Business Development – devise ways to connect with Property Managers, Architects and Interior Designers to promote Interior & Exterior Landscaping, Holiday Décor and Green Walls Sell – expected to learn Interior and Exterior Landscape products and processes to bring sales to the team. Understand and work with designers for Holiday Decorations. Person will follow the sale through installation, act as liaison from office to client. Required work experience includes
Business Development, Project Management, and Client Relationship Management experience DO NOT APPLY if you don’t have at least 5 years of business to business (B2B) experience selling products and services to Property Managers or Property Management. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with Property Managers and General Managers. Preferred skill/experiences include
