Shift:
8 am PST to 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Lead, mentor, and coach teams to achieve exceptional performance levels
Supervise an assigned team of contact center agents to meet and exceed brand targets
Create a positive, engaging, and approachable team environment
Conduct performance reviews and provide recruiting support
Manage daily contact center operations and handle escalated customer calls
What's Needed?
Excellent communication and writing skills in English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
Experience supervising diverse teams and driving performance improvements
Ability to analyze data and identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to adapt quickly to process changes
