What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Evaluate and analyze existing claims workflows, data, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement
Develop strategies based on findings and propose operational changes
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on project progress
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and prioritize requirements
Monitor project risks and expected benefits to ensure successful implementation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in the Insurance and/or InsurTech industry, preferably within claims
Proven track record in innovation or transformation roles, preferably within P&C insurance
Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic visions
Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to identify and execute opportunities for process and technology improvements
