Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Food Server for a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY. The Food Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience. Additional duties include maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, guiding customers about menu offerings, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Experience with Food & Beverage handling, including serving and adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Knowledge of Food Service operations and a basic understanding of Cooking are preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally. Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset but not required.
