Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options, reservations, and itinerary details
Assist with coordinating and confirming bookings for hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Review travel information for accuracy, including dates, traveler details, and accommodations
Provide timely updates and clear communication before and after travelMaintain organized records of client interactions and reservations
Deliver professional and responsive customer support
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
$35,000 - $65,000 a year
