What does a Remote Compliance Coordinator do? As a Part‑Time Remote Compliance Coordinator at Guardian Angel Senior Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence in our Generations Home Care System.
Your Main Responsibility Will Be
To confirm unconfirmed shifts by liaising with both clients and caregivers
Address discrepancies in logs or notes related to authorized service times
Actively troubleshoot GPS or Telephony log issues while documenting all activities and findings in our system
Manage schedules according to existing logs, ensuring all times are accurate and compliant
Run travel time reports, confirm visit notes for driving mileage, and address caregiver non‑compliance issues on a daily basis
Check Wellsky updates, make necessary changes in Generations, and communicate concerns to management to contribute to exceptional care
Maintain attention to detail and commit to quality to preserve service integrity
What we're looking for in a Remote Compliance Coordinator
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and caregivers and address concerns or discrepancies
Solid understanding of home care scheduling to navigate logs and ensure compliance
Technical proficiency in using software tools to adjust schedules, manage data, and troubleshoot issues
Ability to work independently and meet company deadlines, demonstrating self‑motivation and organization
Knowledge And Skills Required For The Position Are
Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting company deadlines
Home Care scheduling experience is a plus; strong written and verbal communication skills; strong technical skills; excellent people manager
Open to direction and collaborative work style with commitment to getting the job done
