We are now looking to add a gifted procurement specialist to our team. Working remotely and working with coworkers nationwide to support our procurement operations will be part of this position. Finding, haggling over, and buying products and services to satisfy the requirements and goals of our business will be your job as a procurement specialist. Strong procurement experienceat least three years in a comparable positionwill be required of the ideal applicant. Together with having great negotiation and communication abilities, you should be very detail-oriented. You also need to know how to track costs and simplify procedures utilizing procurement software and tools. Working directly with vendors and suppliers, you will negotiate advantageous terms and price and guarantee prompt delivery of goods and services in this capacity. Analysis of supplier performance and market trends will also be part of your job to find possible chances for process enhancements and cost reductions.
