This is a full-time, remote role for a Franchise Owner at Uni K Wax Franchising. The Franchise Owner will manage daily operations of their studio while adhering to Uni K Wax's proven business model. Key responsibilities include overseeing staff training and development, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the studio meets brand standards and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications
Experience in Franchising and a strong understanding of the franchising business model Expertise in Training and Recruiting to build and lead effective teams Proven skills in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed KPIs and growth targets Strong focus on Customer Service to ensure a superior customer experience Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and decision‑making skills Ability to work independently with a results‑oriented approach Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, or service industries is a plus Financial stability to meet franchising requirements and initial investment costs
