Key Responsibilities
Assess clients' social, emotional, and financial needs and create care plans
Provide emotional and psychological support to individuals, families, and groups
Advocate for clients to access social services and community resources
Coordinate care with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
Offer crisis intervention and assist clients through difficult life events
Educate clients on available services, rights, and resources
Maintain accurate case records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
Provide referrals to specialized services like mental health counseling and addiction recovery
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) or related field (MSW preferred)
1-3 years of experience in social work or related roles
Strong understanding of social work principles, ethics, and confidentiality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others overcome challenges
Valid state licensure and certifications as required
Competitive hourly pay: $28 - $34
