Senior Unity Developer – 3D Mobile Game Game Programmer / SW Eng Remote Anywhere Worldwide Direct Hire Feb 19, 2026 We’re partnering with an innovative mobile game studio building a next‑generation 3D experience that blends engaging gameplay with meaningful learning. They’re entering a major growth phase and are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to help shape the technical foundation of a product designed to reach families at scale. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role. You’ll architect scalable systems in Unity, lead technical decisions, optimize for mobile performance, and collaborate closely with design and product to deliver polished releases on iOS and Android. The team is lean and execution‑focused, so your influence will be immediate and visible. If you have 5+ years of professional Unity experience, strong C# skills, have shipped at least one commercial title, and understand mobile‑first performance and architecture, we’d love to speak with you. Experience with F2P systems, subscriptions, analytics tools, or kids/family products is a strong plus. This is an opportunity to step into real ownership and help build something that combines strong gameplay with real‑world impact.
