Role Description This full‑time remote role is for a Field Service Technician. The day‑to‑day tasks include installing, maintaining, and repairing Capstone Turbine systems, providing technical support and troubleshooting, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards and procedures. The technician will also work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service support.
Qualifications
Technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems
Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of power systems
Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
Experience in the energy sector is a plus
Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field
Driver's License (Required)
OSHA 30 (Required) – training will be provided for qualified applicants
Requirements
Valid and clean driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
Willing to work overtime when necessary
Minimum of 2‑3 years’ experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics troubleshooting
Compensation
