Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Specialist (USA Market) Contract | Part-Time | 100% Remote Preferred Location (USA) Texas, New York / New Jersey, Florida

Role Summary We are seeking a domain-aware Business Development Executive to support US market client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone with collections / finance operations exposure, not just a generic sales profile.
Key Responsibilities
Research and generate qualified B2B leads in the USA
Identify prospects in finance, collections, and shared services domains
Build and maintain lead databases
LinkedIn prospecting and outreach using Sales Navigator
Draft and send email/LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups
Initiate first contact and support BD pipeline development
Preferred Background & Skills
Ex-Collections Operator / Finance Operations experience strongly preferred
Understanding of Order-to-Cash, AR, Collections, or BPO domains
Not just a sales person — must understand the operational domain
Experience with US market outreach
Tools & Setup
Tools Provided: Sales Navigator, Apollo, and related platforms
Candidate Setup: Own laptop, internet, and headset
