We are seeking 3 Senior Network Support Engineers to become a vital part of our Enterprise Network team. In this role, you'll oversee and enhance our sophisticated network infrastructure, which spans from datacenters to millions of end‑users across financial institutions. Our technology environment combines cutting‑edge wired and wireless solutions, offering you a chance to innovate and excel. As a Senior Network Support Engineer, you'll manage network moves, upgrades, and incident resolution; troubleshoot complex wired and wireless connectivity issues; implement network optimizations; and ensure robust, high‑performing connectivity across our organization. This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.

What you'll be responsible for:
Assist in maintaining and deploying multi‑vendor high‑availability network solutions to support enterprise and data‑center environments, ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations and security standards.
Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and wireless controllers (e.g., Cisco, Arista).
Support the implementation of network protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, L3 VPNs, VxLAN, DMVPNs, etc.
Maintain and leverage network automation scripts using Python and Ansible to safely execute changes to production network devices.
Provide support for the wireless environment across all locations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Security, Systems, and Operations, to deliver reliable and secure network services.
Utilize existing SOPs to execute disaster recovery and business continuity exercises.
Participate in capacity planning and network expansion projects, ensuring scalability and future proofing of the infrastructure to meet the growing needs of banks and credit unions.
Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
Regularly troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
Participate in on‑call rotation with other members of the team.
Provide guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
Stay current with emerging networking technologies and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reduce operational risk.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (All 3 openings)
At least 6‑7 years of experience in network engineering within a large enterprise environment.
Expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols, including VLANs, STP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and Wi‑Fi technologies.
Hands‑on experience with network automation and scripting (e.g., Ansible/Python).
Familiarity with SD‑WAN and cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Opening 1 Additional Required Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with CLOS architecture (e.g., Cisco ACI, Arista Spine/leaf).
Familiarity with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls.

Opening 3 Additional Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience as a network engineer within a large enterprise environment.
Hands‑on experience with CLOS architecture (e.g., Cisco ACI, Arista Spine/leaf).
Familiarity with real‑time telemetry, analytics, and automation for enterprise, campus, and data‐center networks using Arista CloudVision.
Past experience managing multi‑vendor Wi‑Fi environments specializing in Cisco WLC, Cisco Client and Arista Wi‑Fi (AGNI, CV‑CUE).
Experience with Infoblox DDI Management.
Experience managing high‑capacity core network infrastructure connecting data centers, regional hubs, and cloud environments.
Nice to Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Cisco CCIE or CCNP.
Arista Client – opening #2 only.
Working knowledge of Cisco ACI and Arista Fabric networking solutions – opening #2 only.
Datacenter or service provider routing and switching experience.
Experience creating and deploying MOPs.
Experience in the Fintech or Financial Services sector.
