StellarMettle Placement is looking for a driven IT Recruiter to help us identify and hire top technical talent across a wide range of technical roles. This person will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle to deliver high-quality candidates in a competitive market. RESPONSIBILITIES
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview prep, offer negotiation) Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to assess candidate fit Manage candidate experience from first touch through onboarding Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., developers, cloud, data, DevOps) Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume or agency environments Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) *This position is 100% remote with the occasional in person meeting*
