The Role
You will handle matters from inception through resolution, with hands-on responsibility that includes: Drafting and arguing motions Conducting depositions and hearings Appearing in court and working directly with clients Collaborating closely with partners on litigation strategy Our attorneys regularly argue dispositive motions, take depositions, and lead cases. This is a
primarily remote position . Candidates must reside in South Florida and be available for occasional in-person meetings, hearings, or proceedings. To stay aligned, our legal team meets daily via Zoom to coordinate priorities and workflow. Who We’re Looking For
Required Licensed to practice law in
Florida 5+ years of litigation experience Strong legal writing and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently Professional judgment, responsiveness, and attention to detail Strongly Valued (but not required) Prior clerkship (federal or state) Experience with complex civil litigation Significant motion practice and courtroom exposure Academic Credentials
Strong academic performance is preferred, such as: Honors distinctions (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude), or Top quartile/class standing in law school or undergraduate studies Exceptional
state-court litigators
with proven experience and strong writing skills are absolutely encouraged to apply. Especially Interested In

Packages for lawyers are $12,686 to $23,524/year (health insurance, 401(k), long term disability plan (LTD), dues and subscriptions to The Florida Bar and other bar associations, seminars, webinars, maternity/paternity leave. Range depends on pension plan contributions and bar dues which depend on the number of years out of school and number of years with the firm and earnings. How to Apply
