As we continue to grow in revenue and customers, we are looking to bring on a product manager. As a PM in a product-focused company, you will become the go-to expert of our platform. You will understand our customers inside and out, and you’ll develop an intuition around (and frameworks to assess) which investments will best improve the customer experience and our business overall. You’ll be working closely with our engineering and UI/UX team. You’ll be talking with and observing customers. You’ll be running queries in our database and constructing other internal data sources to understand what’s working and what needs to be improved.
NYC-based is preferred, but much of our work is remote.
Qualifications
You’ve got 4-9 combined years of experience as a product manager, management consultant, or data analyst and at least 3 years experience as a product manager.
You majored in a quantitative field (ideally computer science).
You’re whip smart, both in terms of connecting dots and emotional intelligence.
You enjoy quantitative analysies, and you’re highly technical. You’re also creative and thoughtful.
You’re a good listener.
You have an insatiable curiosity and enjoy working with other smart people.
You don’t sweat the small stuff because you love the small stuff and excel at it. You love the big stuff even more.
