Position Summary The Contract Analyst supports the Pricing & Contracting Center of Excellence (CoE) by executing day‑to‑day contract lifecycle activities and supporting Deal Desk operations. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and validating commercial contracts to ensure alignment with approved pricing, standard terms, and governance policies.
The Contract Analyst acts as the operational backbone of contract execution, enabling speed, accuracy, and consistency, while escalating non‑standard or high‑risk issues to the Pricing & Contracting CoE Lead and Legal partners.
Key Responsibilities This list is not exhaustive, and other duties may be assigned.
1. Contract Lifecycle Execution
Prepare, review, and maintain commercial contracts using approved templates and clause libraries
Ensure contract language aligns with:
Approved pricing and discount structures
Standard commercial and legal terms
Internal policies and governance frameworks
Support renewals, amendments, and terminations in line with established workflows
2. Deal Desk & Sales Support
Partner with Sales and Deal Desk to support timely contract turn‑around for customer deals
Validate deal inputs (pricing, terms, duration, volume assumptions) prior to contract drafting
Identify deviations from standard terms and elevate for review and approval
3. Contract Compliance & Risk Identification
Flag non‑standard or high‑risk contractual elements (e.g., pricing deviations, payment terms, liability language)
Support audit readiness and contract compliance reviews
Maintain accurate contract records and metadata within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Pricing Analyst to resolve contract issues
Ensure alignment between executed contracts and approved commercial intent
Support issue resolution while maintaining deal velocity
5. Systems & Process Excellence
Maintain contract accuracy and data integrity within CLM tools and Salesforce
Support continuous improvement of templates, playbooks and workflows

Required
2 – 5 years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, legal operations, or commercial operations
Experience reviewing and preparing commercial agreements
Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Preferred
MedTech, Medical Device, healthcare or capital equipment industry experience
Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and CLM platforms and datasets
Solid analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel contract analysis for supporting contract reviews
Exposure to Deal Desk or complex sales environments
Detail oriented and highly organized
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Able to identify risk and escalates appropriately
PHYSICAL DEMANDS : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, see, and hear. The employee is regularly required to work on a keyboard and computer.
WORK ENVIRONMENT : This position is designated as remote. Candidates located near one of our office locations may work in a hybrid arrangement, combining remote work with in‑office presence as appropriate. The role primarily involves working from a home office, requiring a quiet and distraction‑free environment suitable for confidential work, frequent video and phone calls, and focused tasks. The employee must have access to a reliable internet connection and an ergonomically appropriate workspace.
Typical work conditions include prolonged periods of sitting, extensive use of a computer, and frequent interaction via digital communication tools.
Travel is not required for daily work. Minimal travel may be required for training and business purposes.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : No
Additional Requirements –
Hours of Support: this role provides support across East to West business hours. Workload may be triaged to ensure appropriate coverage throughout these time zones.
Pay Transparency:
Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $75K-85K USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
