Position Overview As a Remote Reservation Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and managing customized itineraries. This is a part-time or full-time, remote position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budget
Research and plan unique and personalized itineraries based on client requirements
Coordinate all aspects including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation
Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and destination information to continuously improve and enhance offerings
Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during planning or execution
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and details
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in using software
Must be 18 or over and have access to wifi
Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, or Australia
