We are seeking a licensed Psychologist/Therapist to provide mental health services in support of government programs. The candidate will deliver evidence-based care, conduct assessments, and support mission-critical populations while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological evaluations, risk assessments, and clinical screenings Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with federal guidelines Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with HIPAA and government standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and program leadership Support crisis intervention and behavioral health initiatives
Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field Active state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) Experience in federal, military, or government healthcare settings preferred Ability to pass background check/clearance
