Nature of Work The Event Field Staff - B is responsible for providing on-site support during tournaments and events for the FLW Pro Circuit. This role ensures smooth and efficient operations during events.

Responsibilities
Assists with the setup and teardown of event sites.
Provides logistical support for event staff and participants.
Ensures compliance with event rules and regulations.
Communicates with participants, vendors, and staff to ensure all event needs are met.
Provides on-site troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Additional duties as assigned.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Work in outdoor conditions
Lift 50 lbs. daily
Work in extreme weather conditions
Qualifications
Minimum
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years’ experience in event operations or a related field
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred
Experience in sports or outdoor event operations
Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
