About the Role We are seeking customer-focused individuals with an interest in travel to join our team as Customer Experience Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries, support the booking process, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.
This is a remote opportunity offering flexible hours and access to ongoing training and support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms
Assist clients with travel inquiries, reservations, and general support
Guide clients through the booking process for vacations, cruises, and other travel services
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Stay up to date with training, travel information, and supplier updates
Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Interest in travel, hospitality, or tourism preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and online tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or travel is a plus but not required
